The Procedure, Step by Step
The full appointment takes approximately 60 minutes:

• A blood sample is drawn from your arm.
• The sample is centrifuged to isolate and concentrate the platelet-rich plasma.

• Vacuum therapy is applied immediately after to retain the plasma in the treated tissue.

Is the P-Shot® painful?

injection itself takes about 3 minutes, and most describe the overall experience as far less intimidating than expected. No significant soreness afterward; normal activities resume the same day.
How long does a P-Shot® appointment take?
The complete appointment — blood draw, PRP preparation, and injection — takes approximately 60 minutes. Plan for 60–75 minutes from arrival to departure.

Is the P-Shot® safe? Are there side effects?
