Priapus Shot®

P-Shot Therapy

in Las Vegas

Real Results. Your Own Biology. Nothing to Refill.

Erectile dysfunction isn’t usually a hormone problem — it’s a circulation problem. Damaged blood vessels that no longer respond the way they once did. Pills work around that. The Priapus Shot® works on it.

The P-Shot® uses platelet-rich plasma (PRP) concentrated from your own blood and delivers it precisely where your body needs to rebuild: new blood vessels, stronger tissue, restored nerve sensitivity. Not a temporary fix — a genuine regenerative response that develops over weeks and lasts for months. And in some cases, years.

Thomas Pulice, PA-C has performed hundreds of P-Shot® treatments at Las Vegas Aesthetics for patients from over 23 countries. Many had already tried everything else. The difference here is the protocol, the precision, and the provider.

Couple experiencing improved intimacy after P-Shot PRP treatment — Las Vegas Aesthetics, Thomas Pulice PA-C

The Priapus Shot® is a PRP-based regenerative treatment developed by Dr. Charles Runels specifically for male sexual health. It concentrates the growth factors in your own blood and injects them into the erectile tissue — stimulating new blood vessel formation, tissue repair, and improved vascular function.

No foreign substances. No medication. Your own biology, redirected.

The Procedure, Step by Step
The full appointment takes approximately 60 minutes:

• Topical numbing cream is applied to the treatment area — no nerve block required. After extensive comparison testing, Tom found topical anesthetic alone achieves complete comfort (patients consistently report 0–2 out of 10 on the pain scale).
• A blood sample is drawn from your arm.
• The sample is centrifuged to isolate and concentrate the platelet-rich plasma.
• PRP is precisely & painlessly injected into the targeted areas of the penis where blood flow and tissue health drive erectile function.
• Vacuum therapy is applied immediately after to retain the plasma in the treated tissue.
• You’re done — no bandages, no restrictions. Most men return to normal activity the same day.

Over the following weeks, the growth factors stimulate new blood vessel formation, improved nerve sensitivity, and stronger tissue function. Results compound over time — many patients choose to repeat the treatment at 12–18 months simply to recharge benefits they valued the first time.

Erectile Dysfunction (ED)
The most common reason men seek the P-Shot® — and where the clinical evidence is deepest. Vasculogenic ED (caused by poor blood flow) responds exceptionally well to PRP therapy. The growth factors stimulate neovascularization and address the micro-vascular damage at ED’s root.

Effective across a wide range of backgrounds: men with diabetes or cardiovascular disease, those for whom Viagra or Cialis has stopped working, and men seeking to reduce medication dependence.

Peyronie’s Disease

PRP therapy helps break down fibrous plaque and stimulate healthier tissue remodeling — often reducing curvature and improving comfort over a series of treatments.

Enhanced Performance & Sensitivity

Many men come in without a clinical diagnosis — they simply want more firmness, more sensitivity, more confidence. The P-Shot® supports all of it by improving the underlying vascular and nerve health that drives sexual function at every level.

Size Enhancement

Many patients experience meaningful gains in girth over time, particularly with consistent vacuum pump therapy. Patients who commit to a series of treatments often report noticeable, lasting improvements. Our practice serves a significant number of male adult film professionals who seek the P-Shot® specifically for both performance and enhancement goals.

P-Tox™ — P-Shot® + Dysport

Our proprietary combination protocol adds Dysport immediately following the P-Shot®. Dysport relaxes smooth muscle tissue for a noticeably fuller flaccid appearance and faster visible results — while the PRP continues its longer-term rebuilding work. Available as a discounted add-on or standalone treatment.

Combined with Focused Shockwave Therapy

For men with moderate to severe ED, we recommend combining the P-Shot® with focused ESWT. Shockwave restores vascular function; PRP rebuilds the tissue in that improved environment. Together, they consistently outperform either treatment alone. Ask about our combined P-Shot® + P-Tox™ + Shockwave protocol during your free consultation.

PRP outcomes depend on three things: plasma concentration, injection precision, and provider experience. At Las Vegas Aesthetics, all three are exceptional.

Thomas Pulice, PA-C is one of the most seasoned P-Shot® providers in the country. His work with platelet-rich therapies began not in aesthetics — but in the operating room. Since 1998, he has contributed to over 5,000 cardiothoracic surgery cases where PRP was a critical component of patient care. That clinical depth is the foundation of everything he does today.

Personally trained by Dr. Charles Runels (the inventor of the Priapus Shot®), Tom performs every step of the procedure himself — blood draw, plasma preparation, injection, and follow-up. Nothing is delegated to a technician. If your protocol needs adjustment, he adjusts it.

His patients travel from Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, and over 23 countries worldwide.

“The goal isn’t just to treat the symptom — it’s to restore the function. You restore that function even once and the confidence level increases dramatically. They start to trust in themselves gain.”

— Thomas Pulice, PA-C

What Results Can You Expect, and When?
Most men notice the first signs of improvement within two to four weeks. The most significant gains typically emerge between weeks six and twelve. For many patients, results continue improving for several months.

TimeframeWhat to Expect
Weeks 1–2Initial tissue response; some men notice early sensitivity changes
Weeks 3–6Improved blood flow; stronger erections beginning to develop
Weeks 6–12Most significant improvements in firmness, sensitivity, and performance
Months 3–6Full regenerative response; results often at their peak
Up to 12+ monthsResults typically last 12 months before maintenance is considered

Individual results vary depending on severity of the underlying condition, overall health, and whether additional treatments are part of the protocol. During your free consultation, Tom will give you an honest, personalized assessment of what you can realistically expect.

Below are the most common questions clients ask before their Priapus Shot® Treatment appointment. Every treatment is customized for natural, comfortable results, so you always know what to expect.

What is the Priapus Shot® (P-Shot®)?
The P-Shot® is a regenerative treatment that uses platelet-rich plasma (PRP) drawn from your own blood to improve erectile function, enhance penile sensitivity, and support tissue regeneration. The growth factors are concentrated by centrifuge and injected precisely into the erectile tissue — stimulating new blood vessel formation, nerve regeneration, and improved vascular function. Performed at Las Vegas Aesthetics by Thomas Pulice, PA-C.

Does the P-Shot® actually work for erectile dysfunction?
Yes. The P-Shot® has demonstrated consistent results for vasculogenic ED — the most common form, caused by poor blood flow and vascular damage. By delivering concentrated PRP to the erectile tissue, the treatment stimulates neovascularization and tissue repair at the root cause. Results typically develop over 4–12 weeks and can last 12 months or longer. It is most effective for mild to moderate ED, including cases related to diabetes, cardiovascular disease, or reduced response to oral medications.

How is the P-Shot® different from Viagra or Cialis?
Viagra and Cialis are vasodilators — they temporarily improve blood flow but do nothing to repair underlying vascular damage. The P-Shot® addresses the root cause by stimulating new blood vessel growth and tissue regeneration. It requires no prescription, has no systemic side effects (no headaches, ear ringing, or blurred vision), and produces results that develop and last — rather than wearing off after a few hours. Many men use the P-Shot® specifically to reduce or eliminate their dependence on ED medications.

How much does the P-Shot® cost in Las Vegas?
Pricing depends on the specific protocol recommended — including whether it is combined with focused shockwave therapy or P-Tox™. We offer free consultations with no obligation so you can understand exactly what treatment looks like for your situation and receive transparent pricing before committing. Call 725-527-8211 or book online. Financing is available.

Is the P-Shot® painful?
Most patients experience little to no discomfort. After extensive comparison testing, Thomas Pulice, PA-C determined that a nerve block is unnecessary — topical numbing cream alone achieves complete comfort. Patients consistently report 0–2 out of 10 on the pain scale. The
injection itself takes about 3 minutes, and most describe the overall experience as far less intimidating than expected. No significant soreness afterward; normal activities resume the same day.

How long does a P-Shot® appointment take?
The complete appointment — blood draw, PRP preparation, and injection — takes approximately 60 minutes. Plan for 60–75 minutes from arrival to departure.

When will I see results?
Most patients notice changes within three to four weeks, with the most significant improvements typically between weeks six and twelve. Some men continue to see improvement for up to six months following treatment. Results often last 12 months or longer before a maintenance session is considered.

How many treatments will I need?
Many patients achieve excellent results with a single treatment. Men with more advanced ED or Peyronie’s disease may benefit from a series of two to three treatments spaced several weeks to months apart. Tom will give you a personalized recommendation during your free consultation.

Can the P-Shot® be combined with shockwave therapy?
Yes — and for men with moderate to severe ED, this is often our most recommended protocol.  Shockwave therapy restores blood vessel function; PRP then rebuilds and regenerates tissue in that improved vascular environment. The two treatments produce synergistic results that
consistently outperform either approach alone. Las Vegas Aesthetics offers both, and can design a combined protocol tailored to your needs.

What is P-Tox™?
P-Tox™ is our proprietary combination of the P-Shot® and Dysport (a neuromodulator we prefer over Botox for its faster onset and superior diffusion). Administered immediately after the P-Shot®, Dysport relaxes smooth muscle tissue for a noticeably fuller flaccid appearance and
jumpstarts the regenerative process. Available as a discounted add-on to your P-Shot® appointment or as a standalone treatment.

Is the P-Shot® safe? Are there side effects?
Yes — the P-Shot® is considered safe when performed by a trained, certified provider. Because PRP is derived from your own blood, there is no risk of allergic reaction or rejection. Side effects are minimal and may include mild temporary swelling or sensitivity at the injection site. Thomas Pulice, PA-C is a certified Priapus Shot® provider trained under Dr. Charles Runels. A full health history review is conducted at your free consultation before any treatment is recommended.

Does the P-Shot® help with Peyronie’s disease?
Yes. PRP therapy has been used to treat Peyronie’s disease — penile curvature caused by fibrous scar tissue — with encouraging results. The growth factors in PRP help break down fibrous plaque and stimulate healthier tissue remodeling, which can reduce curvature and
improve comfort over a series of treatments. Schedule a free consultation to discuss your specific situation.
