Vampire Facial® / Micro-Needling
More PRF. More Precision. Three Modalities in One Session.
Most microneedling providers use standard PRP — or none at all. Las Vegas Aesthetics uses PRF (platelet-rich fibrin) — a second-generation preparation with no anticoagulant, higher platelet concentration, and sustained growth factor release that continues working longer. Up to 60cc blood draw. Direct injections under the eyes and mouth corners included as standard. Buy a series of 3 and the neck is included free.
The Vampire Facial® combines microneedling, topical PRF, and targeted direct injections in a single hybrid session — addressing surface skin quality, deep collagen stimulation, and precise tissue support all at once. The result is brighter, firmer, smoother skin that looks like the best version of you, not like you’ve had something done.

The Vampire Facial® is a skin rejuvenation treatment developed within the Vampire® procedure family created by Dr. Charles Runels. At Las Vegas Aesthetics, the protocol uses PRF — platelet-rich fibrin — rather than standard PRP. PRF is a second-generation preparation: no anticoagulant is added during processing, which produces a higher platelet concentration and a fibrin matrix that releases growth factors gradually over time rather than all at once. The result is a more sustained regenerative response compared to conventional PRP.
At Las Vegas Aesthetics, the protocol goes beyond standard microneedling in three specific ways:
1. PRF — not standard PRP. Higher platelet concentration, sustained growth factor release, up to 60cc blood draw (3–6x the industry standard). 2. Direct PRF injections under the eyes and at the mouth corners — included as standard in every session,
not charged as extras. These are the areas where topical application alone has limited reach. 3. True hybrid protocol — microneedling + topical PRF + direct injections in a single appointment, addressing all layers of the skin simultaneously.
• Topical numbing cream applied — 20–30 minutes for full comfort.
• Blood draw processed to concentrated PRF — up to 60cc.
• Microneedling performed across the full face, creating microchannels for PRF absorption and collagen stimulation.
• Topical PRF applied and worked into the treated skin.
• Direct PRF injections placed under the eyes and at the mouth corners — standard inclusions.
• 60–75 minutes total. Mild redness for 24–48 hours. Most patients return to normal activity the next day.
• Skin brightens within a few days. Collagen improvements build over 4–8 weeks.
SERIES OFFER: Book a series of 3 Vampire Facials and receive the neck treatment included free. The neck is one of the most telling areas of skin aging yet is rarely included in facial protocols — at Las Vegas Aesthetics it comes standard with the 3-session series. See the Specials page or ask at your consultation.
• Fine lines and wrinkles — face, under-eyes, perioral area
• Skin texture and tone — rough, uneven, or dull surface
• Acne scarring and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation
• Enlarged pores
• Under-eye hollows and darkening — addressed directly via injection
• Loss of skin elasticity and firmness
• Mouth corner creasing — addressed directly via injection
The Vampire Facelift® Upgrade
For patients who want structural volume restoration alongside skin quality improvement, the Vampire Facelift® adds dermal filler (Restylane® or Juvederm®) to the Vampire Facial® protocol. The filler addresses volume loss while PRP addresses tissue quality — the
combination covers both causes of facial aging in a single appointment.
Same-Day Combination with O-Shot® or P-Shot®
Because the Vampire Facial® requires a blood draw, the same draw can produce enough PRP for a same-day O-Shot® or P-Shot® — no second needle in the arm. Two complete regenerative treatments, one appointment. Ask about this at your consultation.
Thomas Pulice, PA-C has worked with platelet-rich plasma — and now platelet-rich fibrin —
since 1998, beginning in cardiothoracic surgery in New York and contributing to over 5,000
cases long before these therapies entered aesthetics. CBS News and ABC News have featured Thomas as a guest expert discussing PRP and Vampire procedures because his background in platelet biology is clinical, not cosmetic-adjacent.
The choice of PRF over standard PRP for the Vampire Facial® reflects that clinical depth. PRF’s sustained growth factor release is better suited to facial skin regeneration than the faster-release profile of standard anticoagulated PRP. The 60cc draw, the direct injections, the hybrid protocol — all reflect the same principle that drives every LVA treatment: how much growth factor does the tissue actually need, and how do we deliver it most effectively.

Below are the most common questions clients ask before their Vampire Facelift® Treatment appointment. Every treatment is customized for natural, comfortable results, so you always know what to expect.
What is a Vampire Facial®?
The Vampire Facial® at Las Vegas Aesthetics uses PRF — platelet-rich fibrin — a second-generation evolution of PRP with no anticoagulant, higher platelet concentration, and sustained growth factor release. Microneedling creates microchannels; PRF is applied topically and injected directly under the eyes and at the mouth corners as standard inclusions. Up to 60cc blood draw — 3–6x the industry standard. Performed by Thomas Pulice, PA-C, a CBS and ABC News featured PRF expert.
Why PRF instead of standard PRP?
PRF (platelet-rich fibrin) is a second-generation preparation: no anticoagulant is used, which produces a higher platelet concentration and forms a fibrin matrix that releases growth factors gradually over time — longer-lasting regenerative effect than standard PRP. It’s a more refined preparation better suited to facial skin regeneration. Las Vegas Aesthetics uses PRF specifically for the Vampire Facial® protocol.
How is this different from standard PRP microneedling?
Three differences: First, PRF rather than standard PRP — higher concentration, sustained release. Second, up to 60cc blood draw vs. 10–20cc at most clinics. Third, direct PRF injections under the eyes and mouth corners are standard inclusions — not extras. The full protocol is a hybrid of microneedling, topical PRF, and direct injections in one session.
What does the Vampire Facial® treat?
Fine lines and wrinkles, skin texture and tone, acne scarring, enlarged pores, under-eye hollows and darkening, perioral creasing, and loss of skin elasticity. The direct injections are particularly effective under the eyes and at the mouth corners, where topical application alone has limited
reach.
Do I get anything free with a series of 3?
Yes. Book a series of 3 Vampire Facials at Las Vegas Aesthetics and the neck treatment is included free. The neck is one of the most revealing areas of skin aging yet is rarely included in facial protocols. We include it as standard with the 3-session series. See the Specials page or
ask at your free consultation.
Is there downtime?
Minimal. Most patients experience mild redness for 24–48 hours — similar to a light sunburn. Skin typically brightens within a few days, with collagen improvements building over 4–8 weeks.
How many treatments will I need?
Most patients see best results from a series of 3 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart — and booking the series gets you the neck treatment free. Maintenance once or twice per year sustains results. Thomas will recommend the right protocol at your free consultation.
What is the Vampire Facelift®?
The Vampire Facelift® adds dermal filler (Restylane® or Juvederm®) to the Vampire Facial® protocol. The filler addresses structural volume loss while PRF addresses skin quality — covering both underlying causes of facial aging in a single appointment.
Can the Vampire Facial® be combined with the O-Shot® or P-Shot® the same day?
Yes. Because the Vampire Facial® requires a blood draw, the same draw can produce enough PRF for a same-day O-Shot® or P-Shot®. Two complete regenerative treatments, one appointment, one needle in the arm. Ask Thomas about this at your free consultation.
How much does the Vampire Facial® cost in Las Vegas?
Pricing depends on the protocol — standalone, Vampire Facelift® upgrade, or combination with O-Shot®/P-Shot®. The 3-session series includes the neck free. Free consultations with transparent pricing. Financing available. Call 725-527-8211 or book online.
