Cosmetic Treatment

in Las Vegas

Precise. Natural-Looking. Performed Personally by Tom.

Botox® has been the world’s most trusted cosmetic treatment for over two decades — and for good reason. When it’s done right, you don’t look “done.” You just look refreshed, rested, and like yourself.

At Las Vegas Aesthetics, Thomas Pulice, PA-C performs every Botox® treatment personally, with 25+ years of injection experience and a deep understanding of facial anatomy built on his background in cardiothoracic surgery. No technicians. No guesswork. Precise placement, every time.

Botox® is an FDA-approved botulinum toxin type A treatment. It works by temporarily reducing the activity of specific facial muscles — the ones responsible for the repeated contractions that create expression lines over time. By relaxing those muscles, Botox® softens existing wrinkles and helps prevent deeper lines from forming.

It does not freeze your face. When performed by an experienced injector, it preserves your natural movement and expression — just without the lines.

Botox® vs. Dysport® — Which Is Right for You?

Both are FDA-approved botulinum toxin type A neurotoxins and both are offered at Las Vegas Aesthetics. The main practical differences: Dysport® tends to work faster and diffuses more broadly — ideal for larger treatment areas like the forehead. Botox® stays more localized, which can be an advantage for precision in smaller or more targeted areas. Tom will give you an honest recommendation based on your anatomy and goals at your free consultation.

Botox® outcomes depend entirely on who’s holding the syringe. The same product, in different hands, produces dramatically different results. What separates a natural-looking outcome from an overdone one is anatomical knowledge, product behavior, and injection precision — all of which Tom has spent 25+ years developing.

His background in cardiothoracic surgery since 1998 gives him a depth of anatomical understanding that most aesthetic injectors simply don’t have. Every injection is performed personally — no technicians, no delegation. He uses the concentration and placement appropriate to your specific facial anatomy, not a standard map.

The goal is always the same: you, refreshed. Not you, treated.

Below are the most common questions clients ask before their Botox® Treatment appointment. Every treatment is customized for natural, comfortable results, so you always know what to expect.

How is Botox® different from Dysport®?
Both are FDA-approved botulinum toxin type A neurotoxins that relax muscles to reduce dynamic wrinkles. Dysport® tends to act faster (2–5 days vs. 5–10 for Botox®) and diffuses more broadly — well-suited for larger areas like the forehead. Botox® stays more localized, which can be advantageous for precision in smaller, more targeted areas. Thomas Pulice, PA-C offers both and will recommend the best option for your anatomy and goals at your free consultation.

What does Botox® treat?
Botox® treats crow’s feet, frown lines (11s), forehead lines, brow lift, lip flip, bunny lines, chin dimpling, neck bands (horizontal and vertical), TMJ/jaw clenching, hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating), facial slimming, gummy smile, and downturned mouth corners.

How long does Botox® last?
Typically 3–4 months, though this varies by individual, treatment area, and muscle activity. With consistent treatments over time, results can extend as treated muscles gradually weaken from repeated relaxation.

When will I see results from Botox®?
Most patients begin noticing improvement within 5-10 days, with full results visible at approximately 2 weeks. This is slightly slower than Dysport®, which typically shows results in 2–5 days.

Is Botox® painful?
Most patients experience only a brief pinching sensation during treatment. Tom uses gentle, precise technique to minimize discomfort. Topical numbing cream is available for patients with sensitivity concerns.

Is there downtime after Botox®?
None. Most patients return to normal activities immediately after treatment. Avoid lying flat or strenuous exercise for 4 hours post-treatment to prevent migration of the product.

Is Botox® safe? Are there side effects?
Yes — Botox® has been FDA-approved for cosmetic use since 2002 and has one of the longest safety records of any aesthetic treatment. Side effects are typically mild and temporary: slight redness, swelling, or bruising at the injection site. Serious complications are rare and almost always related to improper injection technique. Tom’s 25+ years of experience minimizes risk significantly. A full health history review is conducted at your free consultation before any treatment is recommended.

How many units of Botox® will I need?
This depends on your anatomy, muscle strength, and treatment area. As a general guide: crow’s feet typically require 3 injection points per side; frown lines approximately 5 points; forehead lines approximately 5 points. Tom will give you a personalized unit recommendation — and transparent pricing — at your free consultation.
