How is Dysport® different from Botox® & Xeomin®?
Both are FDA-approved botulinum toxin type A neurotoxins that relax muscles to smooth dynamic wrinkles. Dysport® works faster (visible results in 2–5 days vs. 5–10 for Botox®), spreads more naturally across larger treatment areas, and many patients find it lasts longer. Tom has used Dysport® as his primary neurotoxin for over 20 years — not because it’s trendy, but because of what he consistently sees it deliver. Xeomin® has a much shorter lasting time at 4-8 weeks.
What does Dysport® treat?
Dysport® treats forehead lines, frown lines (11s), crow’s feet, brow lift, lip flip, bunny lines, chin dimpling, gummy smile, downturned mouth corners, neck bands (horizontal and vertical), sagging jowls, TMJ/jaw clenching, facial slimming, and hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating at underarms, hands, and feet). It is also used in our proprietary P-Tox™ and Magic Button Shot™ combination protocols.
How long does Dysport® last?
Typically 3–5 months. Many patients find it outlasts Botox®. With consistent treatments over time, results can extend as the treated muscles gradually weaken from repeated relaxation.
Is there downtime after Dysport®?
None. Most patients return to normal activities immediately after treatment. Avoid lying flat or strenuous exercise for 4 hours post-treatment to prevent migration of the product.
Is Dysport® better than Botox® & Xeomin®?

Is Dysport® safe? Are there side effects?
Yes — Dysport® is FDA-approved and considered very safe when performed by a trained injector. Side effects are typically mild and temporary: slight redness, swelling, or bruising at the injection site. Serious complications are rare and almost always related to improper injection technique.
